Terms Of Service

Things I will draw / not draw :
✔ original characters, fanart, ecchi, kemonomimi, humanoid characters
✘ Furries, Mecha, Old/Over-muscular (like Baki), hardcore NSFWPayment
Payments are all in USD. Payment upfront will be required after confirmation of draft.
Payments will be via Wise(preferred) / PaypalExtra Information
・This commission is for personal use.
If wanting to use for commercial uses it will be:
x1.8 of the initial price for illustrations used on monetized sites (eg. YouTube, Twitch).
x2.5 of the initial price for merchandise.・I have rights to use the commission you requested to market my art and upload it to my platforms. In case your character is confidential let me know. An extra price will be incurred.・The commissioner can post this artwork anywhere with due credit.Commission Process
Draft → Full payment after approval of draft
I'll be giving updates to when I finish certain steps, but I'll also be happy to give updates on request.Turnaround Time
Normal illustration works will take around 1 month to finish, and bigger commissions such as live2D will take around 1-2 months unless stated deadline.Deposit/Waitlists
25% of the initial price of illustration commissions/20% of the initial price of live2D commissions will be paid upfront to confirm a slot in the waitlist. Since I plan my income around my commissions ahead of time, this is to ensure avoiding cancellations.
This deposit is nonrefundable and counts as money paid towards the final cost of the commission.Derivative Works
I do not condone the editing of my artwork after it has been completed and delivered. This includes but is not limited to; Warping/Manipulating Live2D art to create "new" assets, using my art for AI image generation, drawing-over and re-uploading, or mis-crediting my art. I consider the alteration of an artist's work to be disrespectful, and potentially misleading as the edit may falsely represent the skill/quality of the original artist and damage client perception.Regarding the Live2D editing however, if the effect is only achievable via the rigging process
(e.g. 5head), please reach out to discuss. Or on the other hand, if you're not sure the assets you have in mind fall under what I have stated above, please feel free to inquire.
